Who are the people you really look up to, and admire?

My absolute number one is my mother. She has been through and overcome so much, I really genuinely consider her to be a wonderful human being and I couldn't be prouder of her.

After this is someone really frivolous. I don't admire her for achieving anything, I just love her style, and I look to her for fashion/hair and just for being a rockstar.

Abbey Lee Kershaw is the most beautiful person I've ever seen. Could look at her pictures for ever.

In the wider (and more serious) stratosphere, I really admire Katie Piper, she's a wonderful young woman who went through a huge amount of trauma at a young age, she survived a vicious rape and acid attack from her ex-boyfriend, who is now in prison for life. Instead of allowing him to win, she waived anonymity and raised awareness for burns victims, and now runs a charity in support of this. She's a beautiful person (IMO).

All of the children from "Born to be Different" here in the UK we had a TV show of the same name, which showed 8 children, all of whom were born with challenges and impairments. Each week this was on television it made me cry, and it really taught me how many great things I have to be greatful for, and when I'm complaining about feeling fat/ugly, I'm just being incredibly shallow, these children are truly happy, and I should be as well!

The only people I 'admire' are Morrissey and Queen Elizabeth I. I love how Morrissey is still himself regardless of how successful he is and how much the press warp what he says. He's strong in his convictions and is brutally honest in his writing. He's self-deprecating but in a way that you can relate to and understand. I want to be able to be that strong.

I admire Queen Elizabeth I as she didn't need a man to be great and strong. She dealt with so much but wouldn't let anything get in the way of her becoming a respected and fearless queen. I'd like to be as independent and assertive as her.

I wouldn't really call them role models though as I don't go for that kind of thing. I model myself on me and me alone. I don't want to be like anyone else.

Real people:

My mom is number one. She's an amazing person.

And the Dalai Lama. I admire his spirituality and his peace. It's something I strive for in my life. He's a big inspiration for me.

Paulo Coehlo. He has spent a lot of his life trying to grow spiritually and I admire that. He sometimes helps me to keep focused on my spiritual growth.

Fictional people:

And actually, 😀 The Doctor, from Doctor Who. The 10th doctor is always so excited about life and new experiences. I really took a lot from that and try to appreciate everything about life. And it's totally because of him.

And, of course, Buffy. She may be why I've turned out to be such a strong, independent minded woman. She also inspires me to keep doing yoga actually. I watch that scene at the beginning of "Real Me" and think, "I will do that one day and it will be awesome!"

And yoga is a big part of my life. So there's that. 😀

My grandmother is my biggest role model. She passed away when I was 11 and it really killed me.

I guess Taylor Swift has to be on my list. She inspires me so much.

James Marsters as well, he inspires me to be a much better person than I am.

My mother. Indisputably. She is the kindest, most unselfish person I have ever met, while facing diabetes and double depression. I don't know how she does it.

All my friends- each of them has something I admire deeply. Strength, confidence, overwhelming style, wisdom, ability to be themselves... I wish I could be as amazing as they are.

Iginio Straffi for working to make his dreams come true- deciding (as a man) that there weren't enough shows where a girl could have morals, be cute, and save the world. And then expanding that into enough shows to make a channel and a them park.
