Romancing Cordy

Please forgive me, I now see the logic and total truth in all of your arguments. How could I have ever been so misled into thinking that Spike had ever changed or made any improvements in the person that he became after regaining his soul? Of course, Spike is a monster, always has been, always will be, the issue is settled, there is no possibility for error. Let's get the tar and feathers out, folks, cause we've got a lying, unrepentant monster pretending to be an ensouled vampire, and there's just no way we're gonna allow him to hang around here.

Ugh Finally!

Yay, I'm so used to winning, but it took a bit longer with you, but we got there in the end. Welcome to the side of not excusing attempted rapists and making up stories to forgive actions.

I really liked Angel and Cordelia together, but if she had to be with someone else, I would have liked to see her and Wes try again. After all, Wesley was a VERY different person on "Angel" than when they first met when he was in Sunnydale.

See, this is why you don't base your arguments on pendantic sarcasm when you've failed with your actual arguement.
People take advantage. 🙂

Even a Spuffy has to admit that the difference between unsouled and souled Spike is very murky indeed. I have yet to see anybody point out a concrete difference between the two, any significant personality change? Nope. Guilt/Remorse? Nope. An actual purpose in life other than getting into Buffy's pants? Nope.

It's a failing of the writers that leads to a failed character. You just have to look at the comics to see that.

On topic: I too think Cordy and Wes, two character who had changed so much, could've made a very nice couple, she might've even been able to coax him out of his 'dark Wesley' phase ala Willow in 'Orpheus'. Putting things in perspective for him.
