Ronaldo headed for altar, Brazilian media say

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (AP) - Known in Brazil as quite the Romeo, Ronaldo's romancing days may soon be over. The Real Madrid star is planning to wed his model girlfriend Daniella Cicarelli, the Brazilian press reported.
The romance has been common knowledge since June. The two, who met barely six weeks ago, are often seen together in public around Brazil.
But this week, the Brazilian magazine Contigo ran a cover story announcing an impending marriage. Other media also have reported the story.
Citing unidentified sources close to the couple, Contigo said the wedding would take place by December.
"I've never been so happy," Ronaldo was quoted as saying by Contigo, although he declined to confirm the report.
The Associated Press telephoned Ronaldo's agent but did not get an answer.
Ronaldo, 27, was married for four years to Milene Domingues, with whom he has a three-year-old son, Ronald. The couple separated last year, and Ronaldo has been seen with models and TV personalities.
Cicarelli, 24, is a popular fashion model, triathlon athlete and hostess on Brazil's MTV station.
