Xander VS Doyle VS Oz - Vote the one you want out!

This is a tough one. Overall I like Doyle and Oz better, but I can't get myself to eliminate Xander. So that means I'll vote to eliminate Oz.

Question: Do we have to vote in the poll? Or is the written vote counted? I don't want my vote counted twice lol

Easy one. I don't like Oz much. But look at that, Xander way ahead of Doyle. Doyle is pretty cool but his time was so limited. I'm surprised he hasn't received more elimination votes

That's a tough call. I'm surprised by the number of votes for Xander though. One of my favourite characters and great entertainment for 10 seasons now. I voted for Doyle. Partly because I really like Oz and partly because of limited screen time. I was upset watching hero again recently but he was only with us for a handful of episodes.

I voted Xander, for the reason that when Oz and Doyle were on there were pretty much perfect and I would've liked to see more of them. Both their 'leaving' episodes were brilliant but also very moving and sad.

But I could do with far less of Xander, he's funny sure, (he's funnier in the earlier seasons for than anything- comedy-wise though he peaks in S1) but right through and up until S7 he's got this annoying self-righteous streak that he never gets called on.
Which is strange because he's dating Anya and busy being a massive hypocrite. 🙁

I too voted off Xander.
None of these three are my favorite but for instance, its nice to have Oz around because he's cool and mellow (when not in werewolf form of course)
Doyle started positively and ended positively. I love Angel season 1 with only three characters, they invested a lot of time on Angel, Cordelia and Doyle so even though his time was limited, I dont feel he's any less then a great character.

Xander is a great character, there's no BTVS without him. So as hard as this choice is I still voted for him because sometimes I just don't connect to him.

I voted for (against) Doyle because the series would have been largely the same without him whereas losing Oz would just eliminate some of the cool factor and Xander is such an integral part of the story that entire series arcs would have to change without him, and I am not convinced the changes would be beneficial. Not that I like Xander, and I don't really, but if the series was to magically exclude Xander, the gaping holes in the story would be filled with something else that is probably not as good.

Let us not forget that you have to vote the one who you like less! Not necessarily the "best character".

Had to be Oz, as much as I like him. Xander is out of the question for me, he's way too funny, and I love Glenn Quinn's Irish accent, even though he had to tone it down, and he's hilarious as well.

Another easy one for me. Doyle barely stayed around Angel Investigations and despite having good chemistry with Angel & Cordy, he is nowhere close to Xander and Oz, at least for me. I might have chosen differently had Doyle stayed longer and developed as a character.

Doyle is great but I didn't think he'd come close to getting more love than the other 2 lads.

I'm really surprised how close this vote is. My vote was for Xander because I never really enjoyed his character on the show; although, I do like him in the comics.

I've never kept my dislike for Xander a secret and although I don't dislike him as much as I used to he's still one of my least preferred characters in the Buffyverse.

He has done a lot of things that drive me crazy in real life and hit close to home with me.

He also has some great qualities, but the things he does just happens to grate ME the wrong way.

I hate to say it but I never really liked Doyle. He just seemed one dimensional to me.
