Okay, So I let my sister dye my hair Black/Red but she forgot to tell me that it was permenant hair dye, And well, I hate it!

Please can someone tell me how to get my hair back to it's natural color? Without dying it.

You can try a hair dye stripper, but that's really hard on your hair. Black hair dye is almost impossible to get out too. And if you do that, you should go to a professional otherwise you could severely damage your hair. If it's just the red you don't like you could dye it all black. Other than that, I don't think there's anything you can do other than wait for it to eventually fade out.

I know you said without dying, but you can always put some streaks in?

I have to say though that the best thing to do in that situation is buy a whole heap of pretty hats and headscarves and get to the hairdressers as soon as possible. A hairdresser will be able to sort it out much better then you can!

Hairdressers,Hairdressers,Hairdressers it's the only way your not going to totally ruin your hair. But you never know sleep on it and you might grow to like your new hair 😉

You can always shave your hair off?
It will grow back some day.
😛

I'm also going to suggest going to the hair-dresser. Black hair colour is the most difficult to remove and I think that stripping out your hair is pretty much the only option. A friend of mine tried bleaching hers out (herself) a few years back, and ended up looking like a skunk, it didn't work at all. Your best bet is to go to a professional and have it stripped/recoloured.

They also may be able to just give you black hair, and take out the red for you. I'm not sure if that's what you were looking for, but it would still be closer to your natural colour if you don't want to have the damage from stripping your hair.

i have Black hair and it takes so long to fade.

isn't there a certain shampoo you can use that strips the dye?

i'm sure if you use head& shoulders, that it strips the colour out,

don't know though, i heard it from a friend ages ago.
