S7 Speculation:Help- Is that really Spike

I think the real Spike, never left the basement, and the Spike we see helping the scoobies In "Help" might be A another entity (Morphy) . 😱

we never see Spike leave or enter . he just seems to pop up and than disappears .


In "Help" Buffy went to
see if Spike would help her, but he declined. Yet, he showed up later to help, and left before she could say anything.

We know that the guys had set a trap so anyone coming in or out will be hit by a arrow, yet the trap didn't
go off until Buffy tried to leave.

If Spike had left, (or enter) it would have set
off the trap, . I know that Spike was already in the school's
basement, but the door that had the trap on it ,was the door leading to the " library "
my question is "how did Spike enter the library without setting of
the trap?


or maybe it wasn't Spike we were seeing?



Note: Buffy,Cassie and the guys were all in the Library, before the guys set the trap.::dance::
 
i think spike's reaction to what cassie said to him indicates that it is the real spike, because why would the shapeshifter care?

technically, any character on the show could actually be the shapeshifter at certain times
 
Real Spike , different aspects! like the two Buffy. one was sweet, and the other was slayer buffy::bat::. It could be one of a few things:

1. A hitchhikers-a demon that Spike might have recieve when getting a soul.Five species of demons that have been known to move transdimensionally. Two of them may be invisible in this dimension, and, two others can perform spells to alter perception.

2. Morphy -lives insaide of Spike and is the hitchhicker. It would explain why Spike seems to pop in and out. (also why Spike demon face looked the way it did, in season 2.


3. two Spike- each with different aspects.

4. Dimension-I think that Spike is caught between two dimension. therefore Both Buffy are real. Did you notice that some times Buffy seems sweet toward Spike and at other she seem cold. I think that both are buffy, it just that the dimension walls are changing (remember what Xander said about the walls moving)
the title STSP, could be another hint to different dimension. "same time,same place...But maybe different dimension? there was a spoiler going around about a "backward's episode". i think all these things, including the bad treatment of Spike will play into it. I also, am pretty sure that the Spike feeding on people will turn out to be someone else.

Did you notice the pictures on the wall in "same time,same place" along side of the stairway . It look like pictures of doors! could that be another hint to dimension doors!::evil::::wave::
 
i agree, that isn't spike!

Nice theory, though I don't buy it, Spike is acting quite normal, givin his situation. Remember, that it took Angel like forever to get over being Angelus!

We will find out that there are two Spike, but the biggest shock is it will be reveal that Xander knows about it. 😉

Xander has been working on the new high school, yet he has never ran across Spike in the basement?::eyes::


Xander did not trust chipped Spike, so now that the chip didn't work on Buffy, wouldn't he trust him Less.::eyes::


.....unless he knows it human Spike! I believe it was human Spike who moved in with Xander. That is why Spike did not really interact with anyone, outside of "Xander and Buffy".
 
Is this already confirmed, because my though was also, 1 normal human Spike (William) and one vampyr ghost First Evil clone!
 
I don't think I agree with the two Spike theory...I think he has been acting pretty consistently. I got the impression he was living in the basement because he was paying some sort of pennance for his past sins....basically being constantly reminded of what he had done by the "voices". When he learned to cut them off by being quiet that is when we saw "nice" Buffy...who I think is just the big bad trying to play with Spike's mind. I think the bad is taking any form that is evil....and to Spike who was essentially tortured by his love for Buffy, it takes her form.

Although I sooo loved Spike with long, wavy hair😀
 
Agian, the First Evil only comes in the form of death people! or so the times we know for sure we know we've seen it, it was in the form of somebody dead!
 
The first evil took the form of:

Warren
Glory
Adam
The mayor
Dru
The master
And Buffy

It also can talk the form of Spike.

Note: Dru,Spike and Buffy are undead, but technically they are dead.

Supportes my theory too. Also remember the forms it had in "Amends", also all dead!
