Saddest Death?

Ok so the reason I choose Buffy's mom (seeing red) is because that was so sad. But I was also sad when buffy died in season 5 "The Gift" because she did it for her sister. And Also Anya's cause she is my fav, but they did not show too much on it so I didnt have much time to shed a tear, just drop a jaw.
 
its so hard to choose most were really sad but Joyce's death had me bawling the most cause i kept picturing it what if was me ya know but then you know Buffy's death in the gift was sad as well as Fred's death....
 
it's so hard to choose just one...so here's my list...

1) Cordelia...Angel's face was so emotional, it was like DB was really feeling it, that CC wasn't coming back. And they had FINALLY kissed in this ep!! i was devestated!

2)Tara...she was in the credits!! FINALLY! and then when you see willow's shirt, all red...i didn't even notice the bullet wound in Tara's chest at first...and then she fell and so did my tears.

3)Fred...it took so long...it was so painful to watch, and her last line was like a knife in my heart. the flash back in the next ep was almost as bad.

4)Doyle...he was my fave character!! he finally accept the demon in him...just in time to save the lives of dozens of other half-breeds. And Croft Storm is so right...it's even more painful to watch now.

5)Wesley...THE saddest line in the show was when Illyria says to Wes 'Would you like me to lie to you now?' i knew then that Wes wasn't gonna make it to the alley.

and every other death deserves a mention, because every single one of them was emotional in its own right...these are just the worst ones for me...

I agree with every single one of these.
Mine was Joyce's death. I really liked her. She was awesome. It was sad when she died, it was so...sudden. I missed her. And the saddest thing about Buffy's death9(well, nothing really, she came back...) was that when Will summoned her, she was bleeding because she had to claw her way out.
 
Ok so please forgive me, I just noticed that seeing red was in my bracket up there, dumb...guess i did not add the whole tara part in there with the brackets, haha, but seemingly put that for joyce's death...dont ask!
 
I cant really think of a death that didn't make me on to cry, but fred and jennys deatj where really, really sad and cordelias to, when she died i found myself rewatching buffy s3 and angel s1 just to see her again. but jennys death was really sad, more because of how upset giles was and freds with the whole no afterlife and dying in wesleys arms was terrible
 
THe gift and THe body.. when buffy died for dawn was sad.. wen buffy found her mum dead was really sad too.. i even got tear wen buffy killed angel
 
There were so many ..I think I cried through all of them except Joyce (yes, even Buffy's). I think Doyle's, Wesley's and Fred's were the saddest. I knew Angel was gonna die, so I was kinda prepared for it, I knew Cordy was only comming back for one more ep, so I suspected, it was still sad though. Wes's and Fred's took me by COMPLETE surprise, I heard about Doyle's, but I LOVED him! Spike's would've been traumatizing if I hadn't know that he was comming back in season 5 of Angel. And Firefly/Serenity
I cried for days after Wash's death.
 
Its funny that you would mention the one from Serenity because I never saw Firefly so the characters had no time to grow on me, so that death had no effect on me. Although I am looking forward to watching the series.

Me too! I read the spoiler even tho I haven't seen any of the series. Spoilers generally don't bother me, I like to see stuff I've heard about and knowing it beforehand doesn't lessen the enjoyment for me........but ANYway, I just ordered the DVDs from Amazon, so I'm excited!
 
Jenny's and Joyce's death, Warren's (I liked seeing him on screen, and was one of the most enjoyable out of the trio ) and strangely enough Jesse's death.
