Sarah and X-Men

This is old news but still interesting. A very long time ago (around the time the first X-Men film came out) I found out that Sarah Michelle Geller was offered the role of Rogue but turned it down.

Even though Anna Paquin is an incredible actress, it would have been cool seeing Buffy up on the big screen playing an X-Man. I believe she turned the role down because of conflicting schedules.

Well, smoke my kipper, that's news to me! Would've been quite different - for one thing, Bobby (Iceman) would've been cast differently, to match ages. And Rogue herself written a bit older...

That's pretty interesting. Although it's hard for me to see Sarah as rogue since I saw the movie a long time ago with Anna Paquin. Thanks for the interesting trivia!

That would have been really cool if she had played her, but Anna did a pretty good job anyway.
