okay, this might look like the best hair do thread, but it's not, and i marked it as kinda spoilery, cos i don't know if the spoilerness is or only s7 or s6 as well, here goes my question...
when buffy get's her hair cut in s6, in the ep gone, i belive, has SMG acually cut her hair for real then, or is it a wig?? cos, i've seen pics form the ep, and when she sits in the chair to get it cut, it looks like a wig,but on the pics of her with short hair and that green jacket, it dosen't seme like a wig!! so i wasjust wondering if someone could tell me what the sory is!! (on a note, i think she looked great in that hair do!!) 🙂

I was always wondering that, too. If she was cutting her real hair, what if she screwed up and they had to do another take? I guess it makes sense that it was a wig.

yeah she was wearing a wig when she was cutting her hair and after that its her hair(you can tell its a wig since her hair is darker then it orignally was in the other eps and when she comes out after her hair is cut its back to its normal blonde color) but the writers told SMG that they could pretend to cut BUffys hair and have it short and SMG could just wear a wig with short hair and then go back to the normal long length after the episode.

thanx for answerng that quetion!! 🙂 i was so confused by how real the hair looked after they'd cut it, and how not real it looked before, cos when people are wearing wigs you can see it in front.. it get's so ode(bad spelling!!) and i was thinking that if they could make it look that real after, then how did they make it look like awig before!

does anyone know why smg cut her hair?
