Sarah told Extra that she was going to be on the Simpsons. That's all I know.

She could be on a Halloween special one. Then they could have a whole episode taking the piss out of the Buffy show.

I don't think she will be on Halloween, I think she might play as herself!

She could still play herself in an episode that takes the piss outta Buffy. Lisa could be the slayer, Homer could be the big bad and Willy could be Spike.

It would be pretty cool if they did a Buffy ep of the Simpsons. What would be actually cool if they had it as Springfield be the new hellmouth and the gang turned up there 😉

Lol! Id love to see an episode like that!

I think Mr Burns would be the big bad, he has been a vampire in a previous Halloween ep. Anyway it's cool that Sarah will be on the simpsons.

Probably. If it's true and they have talked with her about it I think it will depend a lot on how bad she wants to move away from the Buffy thing. She just quit and here everyone is trying to talk her into Buffy movies, animated series, Angel episodes...but I don't care how hard she tries she'll never shake the Buffy image.

does she voice over and it wud be cool if lisa woz buffy nelson woz angel and bart woz xander and edna woz anya and burnz woz giles and marge woz joyce i cud go on 4 eva but i wont

I do not know how I feel about this. These two shows hold very special, yet very seperate places in my heart. If they were to cross over like how you are suggesting, I am afraid that it would probably suck, not to mention that it would probably never happen. Although 'Buffy' was (once) a very hip and popular show, and 'The Simpsons' tends to spoof just about everything, I just cannot see them devoting an entire episode to a spoof. I can maybe see a brief cameo appearance, or a single-scene spoof, but I think it is more likely that she will just play as a guest character, like she did on 'King of the Hill'. But even that might not happen. These rumors of guest appearances are very common, and often do not come true, like when Britney Spears was supposed to be on 'Buffy' as a big bad, or when Jim Carey was supposed to be on 'Friends'. I guess it is possible, but I wouldn't start celebrating yet.
