Doesn't anybody find it amazing how Sarah can act so innocent like in Buffy she's a young woman with super bad ass strength who vanquishes monsters but in "I Know" and "Scream 2" she's just this innocent victim who can't do anything but run from her killer. Like in "I Know" I keep on expecting Sarah to get up and kick The Fisherman's ass.

I never watched either of those movies all the way through, but that would have been confusing! I'd be like "Come on, it's Buffy. She could take some moron in a mask."

On a similar note, if you jump straight from watching Buffy to Cruel Intentions, SMG seems much more... assertive about what she wants, if you know what I mean. 😉

Definitely. "I WANNA ****!" really explains her assertive-ness. :hehe:

haha that line.
Yes, SMG has definitely shown us how well she can pull off different characters. She should definitely look into doing more blockbusters instead of independent. I know that's not her thing, but she could be a lot more successful. She has a lot more talent than a lot of other actresses that are filling up the big screens.

I always find myself thinking 'Go Buffy' and expecting her to kick ass in Ringer, it's really strange to watch. I do love seeing her in movies though especially Scream as they're some of my favourite films anyway.

I didn't really notice back in the day because i had never seen Buffy I remembered her more form I know what you did last summer and Scream 2. I even remembered Cruel Intentions a bit like the end it was always played with Fear on the USA network.

Now it is a bit weird but then not I guess since I watched those first. I think Sarah does a good job in everything though 😛

I can't watch "I know what you did last Summer!" and "Scream 2" without feeling weird that Buffy is the one scared :/ Seriously, I know it's wrong and might even make Sarah mad if she knew I couldn't separate the characters she plays, but I can't help it >.<

Also, did anyone watch the American "The Grudge" that she starred in? I swear she looks like she just came from the set of Buffy season 4/5 and I think her white sweater she wears in "The Grudge" is also the same one she wore in a season 4/5 eps of Buffy >.>

See?

I think that Sarah is a hard working, talented actress, very serious about her career. Sadly, other than "Buffy," I haven't seen her in a single thing that I thought was worth the admission into the theater. Maybe it's just me and my personal taste in movies, though most of my friends agree with me, but that stuff is pure crap. I read somewhere that she had been considered for the lead female role in "The Golden Compass," which I thought was a good movie, but lost out in the end yo a younger actress.

In my opinion, Sarah should fire her current agent and get one who can get her some decent roles.

The reason she can act so helpless is because Joss wanted that, He wanted a helpless looking and acting blonde that walks into an alley way and is jumped by a monster, but then to everyones surprise, beats up the monster on the spot
