It is my favourite film of all time!!! So its not what people regard as a 'classic' like Grease, or the Sound of Music? Its definetly my favourite!
I just watched it for the 3rd time after not seeing it for at least a year, and it struck me tonight how much i ::heart:: it! Lol.
Its so sad, happy and exciting! The dancing rocks, sean patrick thomas (Derrick) is hot, yet so sweet and adorable and julia stiles kicks ass in her role (Sarah)!
And for all of you who have to read buffy constantly, dont worry coz a not main, yet major part is played by Bianca Lawson, our very own kendra! But id prefer not to focus on her.
I also loved Derrick's sis in the play, and sarah's best friend (cant spell her name!) The whole film just rocked! Wow!

I agree, I loved watching Save The Last Dance! but my fave movie of all time is Cruel Intentions! I loved the music in Save The Last Dance I thought it was excellent!
 
im a guy and i thought it was really good, far better than my expectations of another corny crap girly teen flick like shes all that. 🙂

Im surprised (yet delighted! lol) that a guy watched it and enjoyed it!
I have just found out for some reason the film isnot on the tape i recorded it on 🙁 But itll be on another 100 times on sky, lol, so no worries! Sky take a while to get something on, but you gotta hand it to them - once its premiered, its on a zillion times! Lol 😉
Cruel Intentions is good, not the best and not one of my favs, but a decent flick.
The music RULED in Save the Last Dance but the film, in general, just ULTRA ULTRA RULED! Lol.
Its my favourite of all time (for the moment, anyway! lol 😉)!

i thought it was ok it wasnt the best dance film i've seen, it takes a lot to beat dirty dancing!!!! oh and Grease!!!!

See, thats what i mean! everyone will go on about the 'classics' here, but IMO, save the last dance is the best film ever!!! 😀 At least for the moment 😉 lol!
