Ok I cant think of anything for Buffy and Riley...
Fred and Wesley-I don't know if this counts but he looked really good in season 4. The scene where he kissed he when she was still with Gunn (even tho I don't like that she cheated on Gunn)Yeah I can see why that happened lol
Angel and Cordy- I guess the scenes where they were like playing house with Conner were kind of cute
I can't think of anything for Spike and Harmony at all...Or Willow and Kennedy...I think thats it lol

The Buffy and Spike back and forth pre-relationship was always really hilarious.

I kind of ship bangel 1-2 but not later so a nice thing about bangel is they are adorable sweetness. Some of their scenes you can't help but smile.

I liked how Spike left Buffy alone after her was re-solidified in AtS S5. At first his plan was to run straight to her, but he changed his mind. He was mature enough to realize she had her own life that he was no longer a part of and he left her to it. He was able to go off and create a life for himself independent from Buffy and his feelings for her and he only returned when he felt the world was in danger. He earned a lot of respect from me from AtS S5 and onwards.

I like how Kennedy stuck by Willow. Willow put Kennedy through A LOT and Kennedy was always there for her, until Willow's insecurities pushed on Kennedy's own and Kennedy managed to make herself walk away and forge her own life for herself.

OFAWB agrees: Yes! I might even say that in some ways, pre-Spuffy are more fun than Spuffy.

Buffy and Angel- I just love everything about I Will Remember You. It's one of my favourite Angel episodes and it makes me really sad. Also, Bangel interaction was pretty much all I looked forward to in the early seasons, especially season 1. In every episode I'd just be waiting for Angel to show up and be all mysterious and handsome and say something cryptic. I really don't dislike Bangel at all. I just prefer Spuffy. Oh, and I really like Bangel in Amends, too. 🙂

Bangel: So many beautiful scenes, ("Helpless" might be my favorite), but most importantly the show just isn't what it is without Bangel. I just love the premise of a vampire with a soul, in love with his mortal enemy, the slayer. I love what that brings us and where it takes us. And yes it's a similar setup with Spuffy, (on the surface), but Bangel laid the foundation.

I really enjoy the scene when the two first meet in the alley, it can always makes me smile.

Buffy: Who are you?
Angel: Let's just say, I'm a friend.
Buffy: Yeah, well maybe I don't want a friend.
Angel: I didn't say I was yours.

Also, I must say that I don't hate Bangel - their relationship makes for great television, and is never boring...I just prefer her with Spike.

Buffy/Angel- The whole of 'I Will Remember You' is slushy, gooey, romantic mush and I love it.

Buffy/Spike- I always like the scene in 'Fool For Love' where he goes to kill her with his shotgun, but he see's she's upset and in pain. He just sits with her on the steps and offers what comfort he can. Nice and understated.

Buffy'Riley- Um, Guilt free sex. lots of it, that's gotta count for something, right?

Willow/Kennedy- I guess I can think of worse rebound relationships, also it confirmed Willow's 'new' orientation. But I prefer the snake-chick from the comics, to be honest.

Gunn/Fred- They weren't right for each other, but they were really sweet and romantic together.

I don't like anything much from Spike & Buffy's relationship besides the friend/enemy relationship they had in the part and..... this scene from Fool For Love, it's touching and sweet:

Buffy comes out of the house terrified for her mother's illness.
Spike watches and then moves to her

Buffy: What do you want now?
Spike is about to pull the trigger when he sees her tears and through them, her pain. His rage vanishes in an instant.
Spike: What's wrong?
Buffy: I don't want to talk about it.
Spike lowers the gun.
Spike: Is there something I can do?
Buffy says nothing, the reality of her mother's situation is hitting her like a steel weight, overcoming her.
Spike sites down next to her and pats her back, trying to comfort her and she lets him.
Episode finishes with the two of them sitting together side by side

That touches me.

Bangel: It took me a long time to believe in their love. For a fair number of episodes, I was like "ok so Buffy needs a romantic interest so that we have drama, might as well go with Angel". Some episode grew on me afterwards but it's not a couple I believe in.
However, first are always important, so I kind of like them for that. Plus, even if their story hurt them like hell, it gave a lot of confidence to Buffy. Angel undersood who she is (so does Spike, btw) better than anybody could ever do.
And it's not positive for Buffy, but the fact she had to kill him made her realize all the pains and duties that come with the Slayer title. This allowed a beautiful built up until "The Gift".

Willow/Kennedy: Kennedy stuck by Willow (sometimes being unfair to other people) and Willow needed someone new to trust her again

Spuffy: Post S7 that is, in the comics. The relationship becomes a comic subversion of its darkly masochistic self in the tv series, and full of puns, intentional or not. If not for Spike in the first half of the S9 it would have been a complete waste of paper. As is, the I am Robot and I might be pregnant arc subverts the S5 Buffybot anecdote: 'a girl kisses the guy who thinks she is a robot', with 'a guy confesses his love to a robot while thinking it is a girl', thus giving the whole Spuffy affair a comical and whimsical air of something that should never have been blown out of proportion or taken seriously. (For the Avatar fans. I love this S9 part as much as I adore the Zuko vs Katara scene in the theater in S3 when they are watching the play about themselves and Katara is comically horrified with her play-self making a move on Zuko.)

Spuffy: I strongly dislike and disagree with this pairing, but I think that it has its place and purpose in the show and I wouldn't change the development it had for the world. There were definitely some sweet moments between Spike and Buffy, even before Spike had a soul, like in Intervention, and Fool For Love, and the early episodes of season 6. Spike really redeems himself as a character after he gets his soul and becomes someone Buffy could really rely on and obviously someone who really cares about Buffy.

Spike and Buffy: For season 5 and the beginning of season 6, I didn't mind them. It was an interesting twist to the story. There are many moments that I love Spike's devotion to Buffy and did like him helping out the Scoobies (in his own way) which was only because of how he felt for Buffy.

Okay, that was a glitch on my computer's part....Mine would be Buffy and Riley. Just. No.

-Riley really did seem to care about Buffy, which was nice
-I was happy to see Buffy move on from Angel. I was hoping that she wasn't going to dwell on him, which she didn't and she certainly made clear on Angel when she went to visit Faith in LA and gave Angel that lecture about how she trusts Riley and blah, blah, blah. It was good for her, I thought.

Yes, I agree with many others about Spuffy where there were a few sentimental scenes pre season 6, which unfortunately (for me) were ruined by the way their relationship went in season 6. Of course, I don't uphold spuffy to just season 6, but I very much liked those simple comforting moments between Spike and Buffy before then. Such as when he just sat next to her in Fool for Love, or Buffy gave him that thank you kiss in Intervention. I'm not sure if I apply those in a romantic context, just to their relationship in general.

There are a few ships I'm not really into but the one that really annoys me is Cangel. Cordelia really was a grounding figure for Angel and her undying belief and love for him was so good to see. I would have been happier if they had remained as best friends and believe they never romantically loved each other but the loyalty, trust and friendship was beautiful.
