Hence the oft whispered bedroom phrase " slay me" ....
Or is that just among us Buffy fans?

Sometimes I have my head so far up my fandom that I think I've lost touch with that other world.

Kennedy was brave and confident. She liked Willow and hit on her - I don't see any crime on that. Will accepted it (and if she did, who are we to say that it was rushed for her to move on? I believe she truly loved Tara, but life goes on and to be alone wouldn't accomplish anything), and I think Kennedy was good for/to her.
 
After Willow had to make an exhausting continuous effort to convince Tara that she was worthy of being in a relationship, Kennedy required no convincing or effort. This is like the difference between driving with the brakes on and without.
