pretty much everything in the episode touched.....from Spike finding out Buffy was ejected and smacking Faith around, to him smelling the air to track her, to the beautiful speech he gave her, to Buffy and Spike lying in each others arms being "close" and then Buffy leaving Spike a thank you/love note. The whole episode from front to back.

I love the look on Spike's face in First Date after he tells Buffy he's totally OK with her going to dinner with Wood, then she walks past him and we can see just how NOT OK he is with it. Seriously brilliant piece of acting

After getting rid of the demon girl, Buffy rushes to Spike's side, to see if he was OK, and holds his hand.

She went to whom her heart told her to go... 🙂

and in OMWF when he saves her life and leaves without making a big deal about it and Buffy goes after him and they kiss. Why does Spike not seem to get the recognition he deserves for saving her life that night? All the scoobies saw it but it doesn't seem to register with them. They should have been able to see right there and then that Buffy and Spike were into each other. It shouldn't have been a surprise when they found out Buffy and Spike had a thing. And Xander should totally have known invisible Buffy was in bed with Spike lol

The end bit of 'Intervention'. I alwasy thought that was sweet.
The Gift: 'I made a promise to a lady.' Yay, go Spike.
After Life: 'Every night I saved you.' His speech to Buffy about his guilt and sorrow is really touching.
Hell's Belles: Spike said that Buffy was happier than he'd seen her when she was with him. Also that she was glowing. Buffy says that's because her dress is radioactive.
Normal Again: Spike says that they should put a bit of ice on the back of Buffy's neck when she's sick with the demon juice. But they're all walking off and don't hear him. I always thought that was sweet and a bit sad.
