Scariest?

I'll probably go for the Queller/"Listening to Fear"... but it's a close call.

I'm certain that the usual suspects it will boil down to in this thread are The Gentlemen/"Hush", Der Kindertod/"Killed by Death" and Gnarl/"STSP", probably with honorable mention of "Normal Again". 😉
 
Episode: I'm honestly not sure...probably two to go

Villain: Adam. Definitely Adam. He gave me chills. Especially the way he was constructed to be fast, strong, and nearly invincible
 
Episode: Killed by Death

Villian: Der Kinderstotd, Im sorry but that demon was freaky especially when Buffy looked in to the childrens ward through the window and saw it appear and then lower his hat at her and leave. That creeped me out... it still does!

If I was watching the whole series for the first time today, I would probably say the Gentlemen.

After the master, who I first saw when I was ten-ish, I hadn't gotten truly scared until Hush. After that, the other monsters seemed friendly. The thought of someone floating behind you as you run, brrr. And the silence...
 
I'm not scared of any episodes, anymore, but growing up I was TERRIFIED of Killed By Death and Hush. Thus the Gentlement and Der Kindestod are the scariest in my eyes. 😉
 
I'd go with Warren too. He's real monster.
The creepiest one would be the Gentlemen.

I'm real horror-suspense "junkie" so I don't get scarried with cinema monsters. I've seen too many 🙂
Also, never had real chance to watch Buffy as a young kid - Sarah's two years older me. So I totally missed my chance to get scared. Yes, in a real life projection Warren is trulyl horrifying. That guy has no moral code of whatsoever. No values. No consciense. Never'd wanted to meet such creep in RL.
 
The Queller just freeked me out megga! reminded me of a cockroach and im scared of them lol

You know the Vampire from season 3 the one where buffy turns 18 and losses her powers i think its
in Helpless well that Vampire just megga megga scares me becuase its like 100% a looney lol.
When i was i think 7-8 i watched when it aired int he UK nightmare my fist buffy ep i had night mares
for no jokes about 3 years of the ugly man, till i was like 11 and got really into buffy and baught the videos
then realised what it was i was so scared of lol xx
