I'm just curious...In Poland it's not very common, but of course our head master wanted to make a better workplace for students and teachers and employed one....I've met this woman and well....dislike her already

What bout you?

here we don't have conselers..we have psichologists..at least i know have one in my school..but i don't even know were her office is..is not very vommon to go there when we have problems and stuuf..most of the people don't even know her..like me ::tongue::

Yeah...lucky you...we're more like made to see her...or a my head master says *kindly requested*

We have a fair few because we're the biggest college in the county. so we have about 2 for religion, one for money, two for careers, one for work experience and more. Never go to them though, might do next year before uni.

The school councelors kinda discrimate against certain people. Anyone who's read the latest chapter of my screwed up fan fic, Mrs. Savage is based off a real person. She's a guidance councelor at the middle school who hated anyone who wasn't African American. At the Middle School, the councelors don't work. It took them months to get to work on the situation with my sister.

We have school counselors...they find me and my problems fasinating...I'm convinced they come into my room and probe me at night!!

We have two - one for freshmen/sophomores and one for juniors/seniors. Mostly, they take care of class schedules for the next year, preparing us for college, overseeing AP tests and SATS - stuff like that. They're there to talk to about your problems as well, but I don't think many people do. Teachers are much more receptive and readily available to talk to at my school.
