poor girlie. I don't know what to tell you about the egg thing. Seems you have to be on BB 24/7, which we are pretty close to already, no? ;)
I was just watching this again and another Willow scene that made me laugh: "ask for some aspirine" L00L

The lemonade comment + the aspirin comment = awesome Willow! hehe I really love her underhanded bitchiness, especially in this episode.
i just watched it, it was kinda touching to see spikes first ep ^^

it was a really good introduction to the show and the lemonade bit cracked me up xD GO WILLOW!

I must say, when Spike first morphed back to his nornal, yet gorgeous face, I gasped(the first time I saw it.)

I was totally thrown by the fact that a vampire, and a bleached guy could look THAT good.

i think its all part of his style :P
I agree.Spike looked gorgeous when he turned off his vamp face.I loved Willow's face when she tastes the lemonade and when Joyce hits Spike.Buffy's mum of all people saving Buffy from a vampire. Also love Spike and Dru(my favourite couple) and their turning towards each other but not kissing moment.Love this episode its one of my faves out of Season 2(which is also my favourite season!)

So have we had the conversation yet about how Spike calls Angel his sire even though it was later revealed the Drusilla was Spikes sire. Hole in the story line?

I love "School Hard". It's great, of course, because it introduced Spike and Dru. Favorite moment was definitely when Joyce went all badass and knocked Spike in the head with the axe. 😉

Well, she is a Slayer's mother!
Spike and Dru are so cute together. I have a question, though. Did Spike just know that Angel was trying to fool him (maybe he sensed Angel had a soul?) or did I miss something in the dialog?

Spike just had to guess what Angel was up to, i dont think Spike could have sensed his soul. Angel just made it obvious he was up to something, and when he hesitated biting Xanders neck Spike knew it was a set up.

I really loved School Hard. Basically because a) it introduces Spike and Dru. B) evil Spike is really yummy. C) there are some really funny jokes (Willow and the lemonade, Spike and the annoying one and those other talking about how though Buffy is and then her going all 'outch' while brushing her hair) D) the fights are good, and I could go on like that for quite some time. Somehow I totally forgot about Joyce hitting Spike, however.

I can only agree
Regarding the comment about Angel's plan being dumb - it brings to mind the episode of Angel where Wesley and Cordelia are talking about Gunn, and Wesley says something to the effect of "that can't be his plan, can it? It's a really dumb plan", and Cordelia responds something like: "Gunn graduated with a major in dumb planning from Angel University. He sat at the feet of the master and learned well how to plan dumbly."

Edit:

and also a quote from Gunn, referring to Angel's statement of their plan - "that was the plan? walking real quick was the plan?!?"

School Hard is one of my favourites...I love Spike and Dru together, she was a fantastic character. Wish we could have seen more of her!
Plus, Spike crashing through the Welcome to Sunnydale sign is one of my top TV moments ever...it's just perfect.

I love the reference to Ann Rice. Not because I like her, but because I don't 😀
