Today is the last full day at my boarding school, Im sitting in the library early this morning to meet my boyfriend....but today is 'do nothing but chill day' all the students are alowed to leave campus till lunch, and then again till dinner! Tomorow is dorm clean out till tuesday. But me and my best friend are coming back next year so were keeping our dorm....so we dont have too much to clean out (exept clothes and sheets and take our computer and stuff) its still our room and has been since freshman year!

Do the seniors at your school get out before the rest or at the same time? Our seniors finished last week.......but they are not asked to leave untill everyone else is, so most of the seniors hang out on campus or chill in there dorms (like my bf/brother and there friends)guess there too atached!! But Im helping my bro and boyfriend clean there dorms today! Its a little sad....I want to cry!

How does your school on the last day?!?!
 
You're out of school already? Bah... I'm still in it until the end of June🙁... lol... Mind you you said you were at a boarding school? Does that make a difference? Hmmm... And our seniors leave the same time we do, right after finals!
 
wow, boarding school, i always wanted to go there when i was little. whats it like?

I dont get out till july time, im on study leave at the mo, then i go back in 3weeks, to have 3/4 weeks left of college.
 
I've got school till the end of June too..But seniors graduate in the last week of April and at the beggining of May they've their final exams...
 
Last day of classes i think is next friday then finals from the 1st to 3rd...seniors gone on the 1st...and..hm...we're going longer cuz of snow days...🙁 i am so totally ready for school to be over. and i signed up for a summer seminar....sometimes i don't understand me at all.
 
We finished for study leave today (had one whole lesson, other two were cancelled). Dont go back until 17th June, then leave again on 16th July. Got 3 exams before we go back however.
 
june 31st is my last official day at school...tahn we get a week off and then we got the first exam fase for two weeks...then or we pass and go to college or we go in the midlle of july to the 2sd fase of exams...so i'm only free almost in the end of july ::uh::

There are ups and downs to being in a boarding school!! The good part are that- our school has more freedom then most boarding schools, mainly cuz its not a correctional school or a foreign school....its where rich parents send there kids when they canot take care of them at home, cuz of work or travel. (im my and my brothers case and my two cousins case...our parents travel and we would be home alone most of the time so they sent us to H.C) We are allowed to leave campus, but must be back when were told or we get demerits. We are allowed to see the other sex in there dorms as long as were supervised and we get 15 minutes between all our classes. (were on block schedule) We have a choice of night classes if want or not. B-fast is at 8am and lunch is at 12:15pm and dinner is at 6😛m! Were in classes from 8:45am to 4:20pm. then we have sports practice or off time (if ur not in sports) then were allowed to go off campus for dinner or eat at the school, but we must be back by 8pm.....and there is a study hall from 8 to 9 then quiet time (where we must be in our dorms) till 10 then lights out at 11. Thats a normal day! On weekends, we have a choice of going home (if our parents live within the city or very close like Fullerton or Anaheim.....If your parents live farther the San Diego, ur not allowed to leave on your own) But only 30 of 344 students have parents in California, most of our kids come from New York, Denver, Chicago or D.C. and Seattle! We have a couple of kids from London and a couple from Hawaii.....we also have two kids that are from Tokyo (there dad is a animator....so he does anime, he worked on Ah My Goddess and Tenchi Muyo....)

The down fall is- 1. You hardly ever see your parents and if you have siblings that go to the same school you have problems a lot!
2. WE WARE UNIFORMS!!!! Grrrrrr even our Pajamas are matching lol!!( but we dont have to ware them!)
and the worst part is.............You dont get out too much! Lots of the time we stay at our dorm on the weekends and hang out in the city....but we have strict rules and strict demands that our dorm parents drive us nuts. Plus most of the kids are spoiled rich brats and like to compete a lot! I mean I drive a mazda miata and my brother drives a hummer....but at our school some kids drive lexus, Ferrari's and Beemers!!! And one time one of the kids got picked up in a rolls roys! Please don't tell me there not spoiled brats......and there very rude and stuck up, it drives me crazy sometimes!!

But in the end its not all that bad!!! I would feel lost if I didnt live there!
 
My last day of high school EVER was last Thursday. Friday were senior semester exams, which I didn't have any to take. Monday is graduation, which we have to show up at school that morning to practice for. For the underclassmen, thier last day of school was Friday, with Monday and Tuesday being used for semester exams. The last six weeks of school have been a *breeze* because they don't count for or against are final GPA's as seniors. 'Course, teachers have *tried* to give us work and such - but most of it goes unfinished, unless you have dual credit college courses (which I had one of). That stuff - you have to do your work still, or they fail you.
 
My last day is on Tuesday. All of the other schools in my area just finished Friday. All I have left is to see my final grades. I already sold back all of my textbooks, so junior classes are no more! Although, my English and History classes have been done since early May because we took the AP exams.

Graduation for seniors is later this week...I think Wednesday or Thursday.
