First of all I want to excuse me (especially to Darla who has to remove all my threads because I am to stupid to find the right place to post them!!!), I think I posted this thread in the wrong place...
Yesterday I saw Scooby Doo (the first part) and I really love it. the history is so interesting and the gang so funny. And there is one of my favorite actresses Sarah Michelle Gellar. I love the film. What do you think? Watched the films? Liked them?

I saw the first one in theatres, and I loved it! I got it on VHS when it finally came out, and I've seen it hundreds of times since. 😀

I also got Scooby-Doo 2 when it came out on VHS (I miss VHS...). It was good, and it was cool seeing another Buffy star in it (Seth Green), but I think the first one was way better.

I still hope for a Scooby-Doo 3 with the same cast. 🙂

I had the VHS tape and still have it somewhere, i loved it though, loved the animated series as well when i was a kid.

I always loved how SMG brought her kick-ass Buffy fighting to her Daphne role. 🙂

IIRC, SMG was shooting both of these while BtVS was going on. Scooby-Doo was being shot at the same time that she was in Season 1 and Scooby-Doo 2 was shot during the later half of season 7. Which was why SMG was not at the wrap party for BtVS.

I loved it when I was younger, I was probably like 7 or something when I watched it. I will say that I love the animated series more but, you know, this was still kind of awesome.

I thought it was awful to be honest, but then I don't really like Scooby Doo to begin with (it was always so obvious who the bad guy was, just got boring).

I love both Scooby Do movies. I thought Velma and Shaggy were amazing. Linda Cardellini is amazingly beautiful, and quite funny. Matthew Lillard was perfect as Shaggy.

I really didn't notice SMG. 🙁

I loved the films, especially the second one.. Back when I watched it I didn't know Buffy, so I didn't really notice SMG. Though she did look familiar for some reason, probably from her other movies. The one I liked strangely enough was Freddie Prince, Jr--I liked this actor a lot for some reason and I still do. Though what was a bigger shock for me though was the actress that played Velma! Just a bit ago I watched Freaks and Geeks, and it's Lindsay that plays Velma--blew my mind.
