1. I was watching Becoming Pts. 1 and 2 one night at home and a question about something popped into my head so I went to the Google and a BB thread was the first answer. I wasn't sure what to think as I had never been on a forum of any sort before that. I read a lot and stalked for about a month before signing up!
2. The style of humor speaks to me. I love horror and monster shows and movies. I love when girls get to kick some butt, too! The characters just appeal to me.
3. Oh, man. I will be obvious and say OMWF. I am a musical theater nut and love singing and dancing!
4. I get up and get myself ready (hopefully before the kids wake up!), get the kids fed and dressed, drop the younger two at whichever family members they will be with, drop the eldest at school, work until 4:00 pm, gather the children and trek home. Then I cook, clean, get things ready for the next morning, put the kids to bed, then have "me" time (lately that has included reading and watching Supernatural and/or The Black List.)
5. Hmmm...I'm not sure. I think it would be fun to be a guy for a day, but I'm not sure who specifically.
How has any character from either show or either show itself impacted any aspect of your life other than entertainment?
I don't think any has consciously impacted me. I do like and admire Spike and Angel in that they fight against "you are this, and you will always be this" and try to make themselves and the world better. That's something I want to strive for and sometimes making myself or the world around me better is difficult.
Were you ever a Bangel shipper ? (this is in reference to your previous avatar)
I've never really been a shipper of any two characters, per say. I prefer Bangel over Spuffy, and my favorite is actually Briley, but I believe each relationship has its place and its high and low points. I do believe that Buffy and Angel are "soul mates" or what have you, but that doesn't mean they necessarily belong together.
If someone forces you to eat 3 pounds of (single type) solid food in a meal. What food would you choose?
Pizza or spaghetti. Pretty sure I've actually done that with these two without actually being forced....

Doctors tell you that you can no longer have caffeine, how soon after that do you have a coffee?
Heh. I walk out of the office to the nearest Caribou Coffee and get a large latte.
Are there really 1000 lakes or is that just myth?
Actually, the slogan is 10,000 and there are actually way more! I can't remember the exact distance, but my hometown is the only city in the world where you can start walking in any direction from it and you will hit a lake within a mile (or something like that!).
