Seth Green is getting married, reports E! News.

When the actor was asked last night at a Hollywood party about rumors that he and his girlfriend, model-actress Clare Grant had gotten engaged on New Year's Eve, he replied, "Yeah, we did it!"

While Green didn't confirm more, E! hears a May wedding is in the works.
