Scrolling Words in sig

Hey I would like to know how you make words scroll across the screen. Can someone help me with that?

ok, I can't find it so I'll tell you the reason.

Me and a few others are having really bad lagging problems with this site. I came up with the idea that it was scrolling words, and animation banner thingys that are causing the problem. Sooo, Buffy Summers was nice enough to disable that option or something. Thankfully, the site is running smoothly for me. Sorry for the inconveinence. (I can't spell it).
