Sea of Souls/Strange

I was wondering if anyone here had seen either of these shows before. Both are British shows, I think by the BBC, but I know they've aired in other European countries, and I think Strange was shown very briefly on Showtime here in the U.S.

Both shows sound very interesting to me, I've read that Strange was called a "British Buffy". Sea of Souls sounds vaguely X-File-ish.

After a long time of looking I finally managed to view the first episode of Sea of Souls, and it was good, not great, but I've read the show definitely improves.

Anyone seen either of these, to be able to share their opinion?

I have seen Sea of Souls. Every episode in fact- I loved it so much. It was incredibly cool, spooky and did have a sort of X-Files feel to it but with a lot more humor. What I liked about it was they always approached the cases from a skeptical, parapsychologist view and then boom they'd find out it was the real deal. It was an excellent show. Actually, you've made me nostalgic for it now. But I do remember enjoying it very, very much. One particular episode was so spooky it totally ruined the song 'Dancing in the Streets' for me.

But trust me, if you liked the first episode you'll love all the others.

I've not seen Strange however, so I can't give you my opinion on that show 🙂
