Season 1- Season 4 villian similarity

I was watching ep. 1:22 (To Shanshu in LA?) and I noticed that the Vocah? demon- when unmasked looked a LOT like Jasmine's "True" face from season 4. Anybody else notice the similarity? Is is a coincidence?

...afterthought: Weren't we told that Jasmine had set up her take-over a long time before- like when Darla got pregnant? And this weas the ep where she came back. Thoughts?

I have actually thought about this before too. I just think it is probably a coincidence. I am sure we would have been told if there was a connection.
