Ugh, that first cover is stunning.
If I'm not wrong, Buffy is fighting D'Hoffryn on the bodies of all worth of mentioning villains from S1-9. The Master, Angelus, Drusilla, Spike, Wilkins, Adam, Glory, Twangel and Simone. The three remaining bodies could be Warren, Jonathan, and Caleb?

Yes, I see it the same way

I see Twilight and maybe the Master. Is Angelus the one between Buffy's legs? *ahem* Forget how I phrased that. 😛

Seriously, where do you see Dru, Spike, Wilkins, Adam (how can I miss Adam) and Glory?

From left to right, I see:

Twangle
Caleb
Adam
The Master
Angelus
Drusilla
Spike
The Mayor
Jonathan
Severin
Simone
Glory

Angel is lying on Dru's stomach. Spike is next to her, we only see the back of his head. Glory is under D'Hafryn's feet.

Angelus' head lies on Dru's hip. Spike's head is on Buffy's left foot (from her POV). Adam is in the middle-left of the picture. This green cyborg thing. Glory lies between D'Hoffryn's legs. Wilkin's head is at D'Hoffryn's right foot (from his POV).

That are all baddies of all seasons. I know it's just a cover, but I'm quite happy that Willow isn't among them. Because Willow wasn't the S06 villain. *Happy Dance* Neither was Faith in S03. *Sigh* I feel so vindicated right now. 😀

The bottom one is the most interesting, clearly. It does intrigue a little bit- but not enough to make me fork out money for it I'm afraid.

The top one is pretty. The middle one is just kinda dumb 'comedy', really weak imo.

I like how the Big Bads are positioned in the third cover.
Angelus is lying between Buffy's legs, since he was the most difficult Big Bad to kill (emotionally) and the one she had a personal connection with (and he turned bad because she had sex with him). Angelus' head in resting on Dru, whom he sired. Spike's head is at Buffy's right foot and also close to D'Hoffryn's left foot. The Master's head is lying on Angelus, very close to Buffy, because he is part of The Fang Gang's bloodline and the only Big Bad who killed her.
Also, the early season Big Bads are at the bottom of the cover, and are bigger in size, while the villains of the later seasons are farther away. Curiously, Twilight is pretty isolated from the rest.

That first cover is fantastic. It actually looks like SMG. If the comics were drawn in that style and the characters actually looked like the characters they're meant to be, I would probably buy the comics, but because they're not, I won't.

Aw, looks aren't everything. It's what's inside that's matters! 🙂

Second one looks like the worm from "Beneath You" with arms.

Love the first and last. First one is beautiful, I love the pastel colours they use for these covers. Last one looks a bit more finale than premiere to me, but it looks cool.

This may be nit-picking, but I've noticed that the scythe is usually coloured completely red. Did the blade change or has that always been a thing with the artists?

The first one is amazing. Very beautiful Buffy.
The second one makes me chuckle. Nothing bad with a little levity.
The third one looks very intriguing with all the past big bads lying there dead.

It's not nit-picking but an important detail. The complete red scythe is a proof that the Time Of Your Life issues with Fray and future Dark Willow can't come true anymore.
'Fray' and 'Time Of Your Life' show two different futures. In 'Fray' the Scythe is completely red, like after it was restored in Wonderland. In 'Time Of Your Life' it's metallic, the original color from S07/8.

I think it's a simple light effect due to D'Hoffryn's flash here. I hope it is at least...

Also, what's with the badges in the second cover? Spike and Buffy as cops? Don't know if I like that but it could be just a metaphor...

im not sure about buffy, but spike works with dowling and the supernatural unit or whatever their called... plus, not sure on this one cause i havent read the issue yet, but i think buffy and spike helped with an incubus demon on the pd's behalf. so the badges are probably for clearing purposes rather than metaphor.
