Season 3 Anne footage in Angel opening credits

As I was reading through some BtVS related webpages I found this:

In reference to episode - Anne
''right after Buffy runs into Ken on the corner, we see a scene of a woman standing at the streetside. It lasts just long enough to recognize it as the opening scene in the opening Angel credits.''

I consider myself a big fan, but I never noticed this!

Is anyone else shocked by this?

No, I noticed it long, long ago. Definately fitting for the show.

I've never noticed it, but that doesn't really surprise me. Things like typically slip right by me. 🙂 It is a neat fun fact about the shows.

I noticed it the first time I saw the show. I find it nice though, that they took a scene from BtVS that was happening in L.A. to put it in Angel. Another little detail that made the show a bit more awesome 🙂

Haha I started my Buffy season 3 rewatch yesterday and just thought the same!! That's so unbelievable that I stumble over this thread now! 😀

I noticed it. I'm sure there's a scene from Amends, where Angel, in the dream he had with Buffy, vamps out after having sex with her 🙂
