Season 3 DVD Release?

Does anybody happen to know when the release date is for the next season of Buffy to come to dvd? I have just bought season 1 and 2 on dvd - thats the only way i can watch them - never home when its on on tv. 🙁 I would really love to watch them all in order. Any easy way to do this? thanks
 
I do believe that the promo in the Season II box said Winter 2003. Now, does that mean January-March 2003 or December-January 2004?
 
The US have only recently started recieving full seasons on DVD, all that's been availible in the US is compilation box sets of the best episodes of each season on VHS...

Season Three is set for a December release and will have a considerable amount of extras, another audio commentary has been recoreded for the release... and that's value 6 discs for £40 half the price of the UK box sets... although the US may not see widescreen prints of the show on their DVD sets...

Season Five is set for an October 28th release here in the UK and Angel Season 3 December 3rd.

Moving to the Library since there's no definative date yet and it's merchandise related 🙂 (If my pooter will let me that is)

Okay - im looking at my dvd player right now - it says the Regions it plays is "1 ~ 6". It has that Tilde mark in the middle so i dont know if its just 1 and 6 or 1 through 6. I have a Samsung DVD-M301 Player..
 
Well bane you could probably order them from amazon.co.uk or dvd.co.uk but I wouldn't shell out double the cash for an inferior product with less special features... I myself would wait for the next release, you may find that it's taking a while for other seasons to be released because fox USA are looking for more source material for featurettes etc... just have patience... buy an Xbox play the game 🙂 although irony would have it that the game takes place during season 3 lol
 
I can't wait for season 3 to come out on dvd..i've watched 1 and 2 so many times i could recite every line...*sigh* pathetic i know! And plus Faith is in season 3 so i'm dying to have it on dvd!

Unfortuantely, if you order DVD's from the UK, they will most likely NOT work in your DVD player if its from North America.... 🙁
 
The only way you can use DVD's from the UK is if you have a region free dvd player - now if you have a DVD-ROM then their are Region free cracks out there so you can watch all dvds on your DVD-ROM. But on standard DVD home theatre players you have to have a region free player - most US players are Region 1 where the UK dvd's are region 2 i believe. I have a samsung dvd player that will play regions 1 through 6. I bought it at best buy.

Where did you see the Angel release date, I remember this time last year it was the same thing for season 2 some people said it was being released at the end of last year but was released in late spring (April) instead. I think that will happen again to coincide with a possible release of Buffy S6.

play.com will be your best bet as dvd.co.uk don't deliver outside the UK, plus they both have the same prices for most stuff.
 
Well according to dvd.co.uk the region 2 releases of Buffy S6 and Angel S3 are as follows

Buffy The Vampire Slayer Season 6 (Released 14th April 2003)

Angel Season 3 (Released 10th March 2003)

they say they are preliminary dates (subject to change) but at least they are being released concurrently at last.
