🙁
Ladies and gentlemen. I am very worried about the Season Finale.

Angel descending to the bottom of the ocean. I had a shocking vision of an AI esque conclusion. And we all know how much that movie sucked!!!!! ::thumb:: ::nono::

I hope against hope this conclusion is done well. Leave us hanging for more, not hanging to vomit.
::cd:: ::bsad::

yeah, that wasn't exactly one of my favourite cliffhangers but anyways...gosh, who is going to pull angel out of the bottom of the ocean?

I think it was great. Now everybody is worrying, annoyed and thinking of how it all will go further... Wasn't that the whole idea?
I can't wait to see season 4, as so many people.. That was really the whole idea right....

I know! Who will get him out of the sea? No one but Connor knows he's in there anyway. And hopefully he won't drift out to sea.....how will they ever find him. I can't wait to see how the writers resolve *this* one.

I can't wait to see what happens, it was a good but annoying cliffhanger.
What I wanna know is, when Angel gets out of the water will he look like a raisin, all shriveled up an funny looking.

🙁 What about Cordy, being a higher being? Do that mean she's not coming back?

What about poor Wes? I can understand Angel not being his friend, But Fred and Gunn??😡

....If Cordy a higher being, how come she didn't go and visit Wes after finding out what happen? I remember there was a time that she would trust Wes over Angel. It seems like she would understand why he did what he thought was right.

Cordy only just became a higher being at the end of the season finale, so no one really knows the implications of her new status. Rumor has it, though, that she's definitely coming back (I'm guessing to rescue Angel, since it would probably take a higher being to find him).

Fred did ask Cordy to talk to Wes at one point, and Cordy said, "Angel has to come first." A lead in to their mutual "feelings", presumably.

There have been other threads on why Fred and Gunn turned on Wes under Cast & Characters for Wesley and Fred. Most posters seem to be puzzled or think they're being wimps by following Angel's "party line". It does seem inconsistent, somehow.

Did ya'll notice that this finale wasn't really Joss' style? I mean he always says that they never leave anything hanging that they always wrap up the problem of that season but to me it was like they just stopped right in the middle. Does it seem that way to ya'll. Feel free to tell me if I'm delusional.

I absolutely agree with your thinking. I didn't notice it before, but you're right, this is a definite break from the traditional everything-must-be-resolved-or-else season finales of Buffy and Angel. However, I kind of liked it anyway. I have kind of a love/hate relationship with the whole cliffhanger season finales: I love to hate them.

That cliffhanger has definitely made me look forward to season 4 of Angel more than any other season. It's so exciting, but I hate it at the same time. I can't wait any longer! 😉

I don't think you're delusional at all. The finale reminded me a lot of the episode I call "the mid-season teaser": the one where Justine cuts Wesley's throat and Holtz runs off into the hell dimension with Connor.

That episode got me so angry! LOL I was so upset that they left us hanging like that for a while. I kept thinking how could they do this to us! I got over it, though, so I'm hoping I'll finally get over the season finale.
