Foamy! I always remember Buffy saying it when I read "foamy" somewhere.
 
Most have already been said, but i would add this part of exchange between Anya and Xander. Somewhy i just love it, mostly how she delivers the second line.

Anya: Are you still upset about that fight you had with your friends?
It was hours ago! Get over it.
Xander: Anya, you--Forget it.
Anya: So, they all think you're lost, directionless loser with no
plans for his future? Pfft.
Xander: Anya, you can't "pfft" that stuff away.

I think my al time favorite will always be:

I know, right! Something Blue is hilarious...I love how when Giles goes blind he can hear Buffy and Spike kissing and he's like, "Stop! I can hear the smacking!" LOL

I find it interesting that so many people love this particular quote. I, for one, found it sub-par and it makes me cringe a little when I hear it. (Not that I've seen that episode that many times. It's not great. I only watch it for Angel. ::tongue:🙂

This is one of my favorite quotes from season 4... its in the episode "Fear Itself" when Buffy is talking to Joyce.

Buffy : Its a pattern, you open your heart up to someone and then he bails on you.. maybe its easier not to let anyone in.

*Im going by memory on this quote.. I dont know if im exactly right word for word lol*
