Although Im saying this without knowing what Lorne saw when he read her. He could have just been trying to scare her of course.

Besides, Senior Partners are not very much happy about her involvement with Lindsey, and Angel thinks she is the enemy, so, she stands no chance of survival. Therefore, doomed.

I would have loved to see OZ back, but not so much to be Nina's "spirit guide" or whatever (just wasn't too interested in her). I don't think that bringing Fred back would have been a good idea, as it would have made moot the suffering that Wes went through. I wouldn't have minded seeing Illyria "access" Fred more though, in her efforts to assimilate.
