So I'm not sure if both/all regions have the same 'stuff' on them but I've just been watching some of the special features on the region 2 boxset and they're awesome.

I never knew that Joss and Eliza are actually really good friends and have been since the Faith days and I may have missed something here but I didn't realise Eliza took this idea to Joss, not the other way round. She had an idea and wanted to do a show and knew she wanted him to be involved. Which is totally awesome.

Has anyone else watched any of them?

Those things you mentioned I hear before the show started and all the talk going on then. I like that almost everyone said the same person when they got asked who of the cast and crew that would be a doll. For some reason I haven't watched the deleted scenes yet. I'm not sure why.
 
I loved the special features on the Dollhouse DVD, they all look like they had so much fun making the show 😀. And to my knowledge they're the same from Region 1 to Region 2, since I was going to buy the American one if it had more on it.

Yep I watched the Special features, I liked how they all seemed really close. Seemed like a nice place to work.
