any idea of when the S7 DVD will come out?

Any of you have an idea of when Buffy's season 7 DVD box set will come out? Just need one more to complete my collection. 🙂
 
I've not seen any dates for the US release but if your player is multi regional its already out on UK release.

Thanks, just looked in mine too (which I hardly ever do) and mine had that also. Glad we have a time frame for when its coming out. Happy happy joy joy! ::dance::
 
U.S. Season Seven DVDs?

EDIT: My apologies. I didn't see there was a season 7 forum and this thread was moved. It seems I got the answer I was looking for. I also heard the U.S. release was in October but I wanted to make sure. Thank you.
 
I'm so happy it comes out in October, because I won't have to buy it. My birthday is october 30th, so someone'll get it for me! YEA!

I wish there was a place I could download seaons 7 and watch it. I just got seasons 1-6 and finished them and now I am dying to know what happens.

We don't support downloading of episodes.

You could always just check your local listings for re-runs. or as Faith pointed out, buy the UK version if your DVD player is multi-region.
 
I wouldn't take the October release date as written in stone. These sorts of things tend to get moved around a lot. I used to manage a music/movie store, and release dates are hardly ever right when they're announced too far in advance.
 
Yea, they aren't always definte. I hope if it's not October like the sheet says the date would be in September.
 
I think if anything it might be pushed to Nov/Dec. The Buffy seasons have been coming out in December and May/June all along. I just want it ASAP!!! My boyfriend told me I can't buy it when it comes out because he wants to buy it for me for our anniversary or Christmas, but I'm like "I'm not waiting!!!"
 
It was just released today that Buffy Season 7 will be released on 11/9. You can view it at thedigitalbits.c0m (in the my2cents section). I'm not that thrilled with the artwork, but it'll be great to complete my collection.

One comment about the artwork, I thought S6's artwork would have been much better for S7. The entire season had those color's type of feel to it while S6 had a more colorful feel and the teal would have worked much better with that. Any thoughts on S6 and S7 cover artwork?

Is the artwork (hosted by me, pic from tvshowsondvd.com). Im not impressed, I like Spike and all but it should of been one of Giles, Buffy, Xander and Willow. And isn't that picture of SMG in that top, again?
 
I am really sick of that pic too. Even though there were no S7 promos, they could have used a pic from a S7 eppy or something...sigh...

What do you think of the dvd?I'll definetley buy it.But I agree with the other fans, who commented on the dvd.It's ugly!!!I like the uk cover art better!!!If Sarah had shot promotional photos for season 7, it would be much better.They keep using that same photo of Sarah, for dvds such as the best of buffy dvds.

I agree, it is rather boring to use those pictures, again!

I think they should have simply used episode art or screencaps, since the DVDs do include the episodes, that seems to make sense.

I like the earlier DVD covers, Season 1 and 3, but not really any of the others!

There was no S7 promos? I never knew that. They had promo's for every season, didn't they? I wonder why they skipped over S7. They must've gotten lazy, as you can see in the writing (...just kidding).
