Season Seven DVDs

No there are no S7 promos, not sure why. But there are promotional pictures for episodes, they could ofincluded them. If they could make it fit would of been nice if there was that final shot from Chosen (yes Lee, I know Emma wouldn't be there but bah! 😛)
 
Yes no promos and I have no idea why they didn't bother! They just used the S6 promos over and over (which I never liked to begin with!)

Yes, as they had Aly with that blonde hair. I like Aly and all but what the hell was she thinking?
 
Dont Know if this has been shown already but the U.S. Season DVD cover is in from amazon.com due out November 16, 2004:

What in the hell is wrong with the picture for the Season 7 DVD?


Oh, I get it! The photo hints Spuffydom, which certain fans (including those on this forum) seemed to have disliked. I guess a lot of people have forgotten that Spuffy was a dominant theme in Season 7.

I thought the reason was because it was the same picture used on season six.
 
Spuffydom doesn't bother me, nor do its prominent theme in Season 7. It's the fact that the pictures are overused. They use them on the cover of virtually every Buffy book made since they were taken, the last 2 Buffy Calendars and the last two Buffy DVD covers. It's overexposure, plain and simple....doesn't go any deeper than that.

It's over-used, and it's not even a good shot. Out of the hundereds of pics they could have used. No excuse. That's what the hell is wrong with it.

Way off base here...sorry I had to laugh at that comment. I love Spuffy. Why on earth would you jump to the conclusion that it's even remotely Spuffy related? I'm the mod of the JAMES MARSTERS forum. I LOVE Spike and all things Buffy. Please - think before you hash out these random posts.

Actually, I'm still trying to figure what you see wrong with the photo, if what you had posted above is true. There seemed to be nothing wrong with it, to me. Yes, I realized the photos looked as if they came from Season 5 . . . but what the hell?
 
I was just stating that I think they're over-used...and they just so happened to be my least favourite photos. I think Buffy looks too pale, she's almost always in the same top, and it's not well-lit. It's just my personal opinion, I'm sick of seeing it so I said so.
 
Now, I like Spuffy as much as the next Spuffy shipper....

but come on. There should be way more people on that cover. I agree that it should have been a final shot of "Chosen" that would be awesome.

And: I HATE THAT PURPLE SHIRT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's ugly and I agree with Jenny: Buffy looks pale and her hair looks icky.

Also, the box is showing SMG to have blue eyes. Hello, this isn't like the mess-up on Angel past season! SMG/Buffy has green eyes.

There aren't even any good special features or anything on the discs. I think that they went out of their way to make the final season the crappiest.
 
Season 7 on DVD

Anyone no the date of when Buffy season 7 come out in stores on DVD? I heard Nov 16, but idk.

The DVD's take so long to come out over here because there are syndication rights to be observed. See, it came out on DVD straight away, no one would have any reason to watch it when alternative stations replay it. Thus, the delay.

Um, isn't widescreen supposed to have black borders?
 
yeah i wouldn't mind having the 4 original characters on the cover. i mean, giles never got to be on the cover at all, the poor guy.
