Season Two Best Eppy...

wow i loved all of season 2 my fave eppys were Passion,becoming part 1+2 and school hard my fave i suppose is school hard where spike makes his first apperance its soooooo good init!!!! :devy:

Still, I just had to go with "Lie to Me", possible my fovorite episode EVER.

i have to agree...while not my fave EVER it was hard for me, and so sad to watch cuz my sister died from a brain tumor. i cryed through the entire thing, and i think it was extremely well acted, and so well played from every angle. i loved, and it's my fave from season 2.

Definatley Becoming parts one and two. Season Finales always seem to be the best of the season, excluding seasons four and six.

I love the entire second season. There are some major stand out epps, that there is no way that I could pick between them.

I really love Surprise, Innocence, BBB, Phases, I Only have Eyes for You, Becoming I and II. It is an excellent season.

I voted for Innocence. That was such an amazing episode, because of the extreme drama that was going on. I really like the twists and the turmoil that all the characters experience. It's a great episode.

Passion...i was my fav season 2 episode. I think it was really the first dark episode in the buffyverse and i loved it
i also love school hard cuz its spike first episode! 😛

I have to go with I Only Have Eyes for You. Very heartwrenching and I also loved the plot. Everytime I watch this episode, I can never take my eyes off of it. I never get bored. Followed closely by Becoming.

I really like Lie to me. The last scene is so very good, and really has become etched into my memory.. But Passion is also very good, School Hard and the two Becomings too.

I voted for Passion because that was an incredible episode. Awesome. But my close second is School Hard because I love Spike.

My favorites were I Only Have Eyes For You and Passion. I love how David Boreanez's voice was great for a narroration for Passion. He has a dark, yet romantic voice, I've lawys loved it. But I Only Have Eyes For You has great passion between Buffy and Angel and it just makes Buffy see that it wasn't all the boy's fault.

I haven't voted yet, I couldn't decide...

I just love Bewitched,Bothered and Bewildered. I laugh everytime I watch this episode. It's so funny seeing all those women throwing themselves at Xander. I also like this episode because it shows us that Cordelia really cares about Xander.

School hard! Man that was some eppy! Spikes first apperance lol and it was great "Home sweet home" And how Buffy's mum hit Spike over the head with a axe was class! =D

OK, season 2. What can i say about season 2. Well for a Start it has some of THE best episodes of the entire series, look at the likes ofg Passion, School Hard, Halloween and the wonderful Ted to name a few. But adversely, for me it also has THE worst of the series too, Reptile Boy, Some Assembly Required, BAD Eggs anyone. but over all as a season it's defniately one to watch. The stand alones on the whole either work well or just work(*baring the few exceptions..obviously). The few tow parters are really good, and the overall last half arc of Spike, Dru and ANGELUS are rivetting to watch.
The show starts with When She Was Bad, and i must say, when i first saw it, i liked it, but now i don't like it. It just seems so weak, especially with what we have seen from Whedon who wrote and directed this epi.
Some Assembly is one the few i have as dire, and ok its giving Cordy a chance to shine a bit, but i just find the story poor and the execution a bad, i would rather have had a couple of Scoobie centric episodes before Cordy, THEN bring in this one.
School Hard is a fantastic opener for one of the verse greatest characters, Spike...NOT Souled Spike, not Do-Gooder Chipped Spike...But Evil, Ruthless Spike.
Inca Mummy Girl was a bit of an iffy factor for me, though we get some Xander time, it was already starting to get annoyingly predictable with the Xander - Male, Demonic Presence - Female....Make the connection.....
Reptile Boy was just poor. I liked the whole idea but the execution stank, I mean Secret Societies and demon worship, very Illuminati i just didnt like this attempt.
Halloween for me possibly one of the greatest, if only for the scene of Willow trying to convince Cordy who she is, as opposed to the possible cat, also a great introduction to a Villain that i loved everytime he appeared, Ethan Rayne was marvellous.
Lie to Me i loved the idea of the Vampire worshippers, even Billy was a plausible character, looking for a way to live....totally believeable, in the sense that, well i'm sure at our most desperate we would consider anything......though not necessarily go through with it.
The Dark Age, Ripper and Ethan Rayne....do i need to say anything else...nope...its really good.
What's My Line, Part One and Two. I liked this, Kendra is awesome, would have LOVED more time with this Slayer, something about her being a Pure Slayer seemed great. Alsoi love Willie the Snitch.
Ted - THE Funniest Actor in THE funniest Episode....Ted is one of my favourite episodes and its all thanx to John Ritter you think i'm wrong...'Beg to Differ!'
Bad Eggs pooh....pooh...though i did like the Gorch Brothers
Surprise pt1 and Innocence pt2 this is a great episode, things dont look like they could get worse, Spike, Dru and this 'Judge' that is obviously gonna be reassembled....oops how wrong...lets have Angelus...marvellous.
Phases was an episode that i liked simply because it gave us Oz time, plus a chance for a good werewolf story.
Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered i liked this, ok i wasnt crazy about it but i loved the Idea of Dru wanting Xander from the spell....though Joyce was disturbing..a bit.....
Passion my personal favourite of this season(unless i watch one or two of the others). This has everything i want from an episode. Suspence, Drama, a bit of comedy, Angelus killing, Giles intent on revenge, and tears....great.
Killed by Death, wasnt too keen on this one, its just a bit blah, with everything thats going on, i know they need to break it up a bit, but i just didnt feel it felt right here.
I Only Have Eyes For You, this one again, i wasnt overly keen, but it was perfectly placed, and did have some great Buffy/Angelus time.
Go Fish... Fu.......off one of the worst epis.....i could not have been more bored if the power had gone and it was dark and i had no candles...
Becoming, Part One and Two, this is a fantastic season ender....though its sad that the only person who died was Kendra(Angel was sent to Hell), i loved those few final moments.

Ok so over all a really good season, with some very great but at the same time some really bad points. Along with season 3 its the season i recommend people MUST watch.

What a great season 2 was! I voted for Passion, but I just adore Becoming 1 & 2, Surprise, Lie to Me, Innocence and School Hard. S2 just has SO many great episodes......

David Boreanaz shows he's no slouch in the acting department with his 'morning after' speech to Buffy, you want to stake the SOB when he is so callous to Buffy (kudos have to go to Joss Whedon for writing something so nasty when he seems to be a nice guy).

I went with Passion, cus that is just such an emotional episode, although a lot of season 2 is filled with emotional eps. It was very hard to choose just one, but in the end I went with the most shocking moment of the season. Although I still like almost every ep in this season with the exception of Inca Mummy Girl, such a horrible episode. But all in all season 2 is wonderful.
