Season Two DVD Problems

I got my copy of the season two DVD in the post the other day and went to watch 'Lucky Penny' and it just kept skipping and jumping to the point of being unwatchable. I then later went to watch 'Swarly' and it did the same.

The DVDs were brand new and thus unscathed. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, if its a faulty batch or something?

I've gotten DVD's before that were unusable right out of the box. Just like everything else, quality control is never 100% effective. Just look at all of the product recalls we see every year. If you retained a proof of purchase receipt, there should be no trouble getting a replacement, just don't put it off, as most merchandise had a limited time warranty.

Yeah, just send it back and get another one. That must be annoying for you though 🙁
