Serenity (a.k.a. Firefly) - the movie gossip thread

Now that Joss's TV show Firefly has been greenlit as the feature film Serenity, it seems we should have some place to talk about this new thing of his, eh? To speculate, to gossip even?

Something I'm kind of wondering, is whether Lawrence Fishburne will make a cameo appearance. After all, his wife, Gina Torres, plays Zoe the first mate aboard Serenity, and she made a cameo in the last Matrix movie ...

Just wondering.

That article has descriptions for characters yet to be casted. I think Lawrence Fishburne could do Doctor Mathias, but I don't think he will.
