Serenity DVD Release Today

Well Serenity was released today in Canada. I have watched it twice soooo gooooood!!!
The extras are fantastic. Everyone talks about how amazing the fans are, how it is sweet redemption to be doing a movie from a canceled tv series. Josh is funny, too many things he said to comment on.
Pland to waste a good 4 hours. I think this might be the first dvd where I will actually listen to the director commentary during the movie.
 
Just once so far myself, heh.

Lame packaging, but I'm glad they at least made the cover that shiny, metallic look (shiny!). Still need to delve into the goodies. It really does tighten up and look good on the small screen. But I'm glad it was in theaters, cos the fight scenes are so much better when River and Mal are 30 feet tall...

This is gonna do huge business on DVD...still #1 on Amazon!
 
Arrrgh! Mine isn't here yet! I was hoping it would show up today, but no luck.

C'mon Amazon! I need my Capt. Tight Pants! *anxiously tapping fingers*
 
I got it, and I've been watching it non stop since, but its NOWHERE near the same as seeing it on the big screen. It makes me a little sad 🙁
 
Well feel sorry for me I have to wait until 27 Feb 2006 to get it on DVD! 🙁
