There where so many similarities, both series saw the end of a war, series 7 was just a war on a bigger scale. i mean we had all the students fighting against the main evil in sunnydale which had been there for a 100years and in series 7 we had all the slayers fighting an evil that had been around forever.
Both saw the destruction of the place where the battle had been fought for years, in series 7 it was just on a bigger scale.
Both saw buffy losing her boyfriend who was a vampire with a soul.
Both series had faith constantly in.
Both series showed the first.
Both series saw the death of a main character- jenny and Anya.
Both saw the slayerettes moving on with their lifes, anyone else noticed any other similarities
