Series Finale Reaction

If the finale of Buffy Season Nine (Series Finale) turns out to be a sequel to "Normal Again," how would you react?

I'd feel cheated, not gonna lie.

I'd be pissed off, and I don't even read the comics. WTF. I thought "Normal Again" was such a slap in the face to all Buffy fans. 🙁

It'd never happen. 😛 I don't think Joss and crew will do that.

I like Normal Again and didn't feel like I was slapped. And if it turns out to be the end of BtVS, I can accept it.

It would be typical of the way Joss' diabolical mind works, but I don't think that he would actually do it. If the entire Buffyverse turned out to only be the fantasies of a demented mental patient named Buffy, there would never be any hope of continuing the series once more at a later date, and, while Joss might kill off every character in the Buffy series, he wouldn't destroy the entire universe, especially when "Angel" has his own series with another publisher, and there is still hope for more Slayer stories involving other girls.

I'd be very very angry, I think understandably so, even if I must admitt I enjoyed how much "Normal Again" played with my mind. Nah though, I dont think they'd take that road again.

I'd hate it. The St. Elsewhere Ending should be limited to St. Elsewhere.

(And I think it's premature to call Season Nine the series finale.... I hope.)

I don't know honestly. I thought Normal Again was an interesting episode. If it did end that way, and everything was fake, it'd kind of hurt my feelings 'cause then nothing ever really happened. lol

Normal Again is perfect the way it stands, especially because it leaves the question open. Ending S9 on a return to the funny farm would be a major disappointment for me, not because it would ruin the Buffyverse for me (it wouldn't), but because it would ruin one of the show's best episodes.
