I radomly came across this film about 2 months back when I was scouting for ED interviews...and I was kinda like "Do I wanna watch a film where all she does is have sex and eat breakfast...*contemplates*...meh I'll risk it" ;-D hahaha And I'm glad I did.This was a film that was wickedly funny and yet I felt real emotion at times.This was actually the film that I was like "Yup...the girl has talent" Cause I only coped on she existed in June through Faith...And just cause I liked her character I didnt automatically say "yeah I love Eliza Dushku,she's a wicked actress" For me an actor has to have depth and can mix characters,so everytime she was in frame I would be really critical with her "Ummm she's beeing flirty...is that a Faith smirk I see?...A raised eye brow,uum Faith?,,,Oh she's getting angery..is any aspect of Faith gonna seep through her acting here?" And she just totally blew me away.She gave me Rennee and she was good at it.And her facial expressions...every time I'm amased at how much she can convey in a simple eye movement or a smile or head tilt
My best mate even watched{and he aint a fan at all...he's gotta go through the pain of me obsessivly chatting about her}and he was even blown away so in books all's good ;-}
The film itself I thought was just a breath of fresh air.It was just so God damn funny and heartwarming all at once and all the characters {save the other swinger chick} were really enjoyable ;-} hahaha even the old couple in the lift.
If you havnt already watch!!!

Ah damn I just read the last page of post...not a lot of love for the film then? ;-} Oh well each to their own.I really enjoyed it,but I have to agree with a lot of yous if Eliza wasnt in it I wouldnt have watched it,But the guy who played the boyfriend I thought he was pretty damn good too.I see two people wanted Renne and the waitress to hit it off.
I didnt...and that's strange for me ;-} hahaha not wanting to see lesbian characters on screen
But I'll tell yas why I liked the ending,because that ending would have been predictable abd also those two characters where in love...simple...he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her and she loved him the same way.They were ment to stay together and that scene where ya see the little piece of paper left...damn I had the biggest grin...it was love...pure and simple...that's why Renne didnt get her experimenting wish ;-D
