Hmmm...sexiest woman alive...I guess lately it's a tie between Kate Beckinsale and Amy Lee. They both have such a dark beauty to them...I'd do 'em.
 
I agree with some of the women named... Especially Angelina Jolie and Thora Birch, but personally, I have a thing for:

-Amber Benson
-Maggie Gyllenhall
-Rose Byrne
-Uma Thurman
 
To me, personally, its a tie between Karolina Kurkova and Mischa Barton. And heres why

Karolina Kurkova: Amazingly stunning. Though not conventional "pretty", she has something about her which makes her so beautiful.

Mischa Barton: Sometimes she doesn't even seem that pretty, but at certain points and in some pictures, shes absolutely gorgeous. Shes classically beautiful.

I also have to give a nod to Sarah. At distinct times (such as Cruel Intentions) and various episodes of Buffy, shes really hot :rolleyes0
 
Ooh! I forgot Shannyn Sossamon...and Kindred...I am SO with you on Amber Benson! Jeez...what does it say that in the hot women thread I can name of multiple women but in the guy one I can only name one guy...and my husband has long hair...hmmmm...lol! Nah, women are very beautiful creatures. Lot's to look at...like works of art.
