I just found a movie on Netflix called "Shadow Puppets" in which James stars... Anyone seen this? I put it in my queue...
 
Have not seen it will have to look that one up. Hope someone has so they can say if it is worth a watch.

Yes, has anyone seen it? I need to be sure it's just a mind games mental insanity type thing (or supernatural) and not a serial killer sorta deal (I can't watch the ones that could really happen, that involve real people being real evil).
 
So, the movie's about a bunch of scared people running around in gray underwear. And as a sub plot, some of them are in cells, some are in padded rooms, and some of them are in halls. I see Oscar in this movie's future, no doubt.

Okay, here's a more or less official synopsis:

Shadow Puppets: A woman and a man awake in individual white cells in an abandoned prison or mental institution wearing only underwear and without any memory. They hear a strange and creepy noise and decide to look for a way out of the facility. They meet six other strangers in the same situation and one of them is attacked and killed by a shadow. While trying to escape from the place and the shadow, they find the brain washing apparatus with the indication that had been used eight times. When they meet the ninth stranger, they realize that one of them is lying and knows what have happened with them.

Sounds like an old episode of "Twilight Zone" to me.

No joke! At Dragon*Con last year, I BUMPED INTO HIM (literally) on the escalator. We made an apologetic glance at each other, I did a double take and thought, 'Hey, that looked like Spike, but old!' D: I, umm... I was kicking myself later when I saw him at the Walk of Fame.
 
I'm able to watch this streaming on my Netflix. I don't think I will though, since I wouldn't want to taint the image of Marsters.

That moment must have been awesome. I bet you was like "hang on that's Spike". :biggrin3:
 
I watched this recently. I thought it was pretty good, some things aren't explained well but James has a great character. Tony Todd does great in the film as well.

I enjoyed this movie. It freaked the crap out of me. James is good at playing a psychopath. His character's thought process scares the crap out of me.
 
James was great in this. For reals.

However, like in most horror films I spend most of my time going, WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT?!?!? UUUURRRGGGGG . . . You are OBVIOUSLY about to get yourself all killed. But whatevs. To pretty much all the characters.

That probably doesn't help you much. 🙂
 
I hated this movie... LOL I finally got around to watching it a while back and was like "This is stupid." But I enjoyed watching James!!
 
I really liked this film, guessing what was going on, guessing who is not saying the truth. It had a few nice little twists at the end. A nice enjoyable film.
And it'll give some folk the chance to have a good look at the back of their chair.
