Anya's toes: Xander was made to sing the truth so yeah.
Giles/Olivia: Buffy was just being Buffy. Old people shouldn't get it on, etc.
Cordelia flossing: Doubtful. Cordelia has great teeth and is fastidious about her hygene (skin, hair etc), she's too vain to worry that her breath might be off-putting to boys. Xander may have be grasping at straws or refering to one particular date.
Joyce leaving her bra: Yes! Joyce was pretty wild in her youth and I suspect still can be. Go Joyce.
Giles' diapers: Not tweed, but possibly those old-fashioned reuseble ones they had. I could belive that Giles became toilet trained at a very young age, and therefore did not need the indignity of nappies.
Bangel reunion: Probably not. I think Angel was very happy to see Buffy but Buffy- expecting her old feelings to return and not feel so numb- quickly became distant when her own strong feelings did not (could not) manifest, so that led to awkwardness. Angel probably asked where she had been, if she was okay, and Buffy was evasive. They said their goodbyes, wished each other well and left. I think Angel came to the conclusion that Buffy had moved on from him (hence the 'I need ice cream) and started to think about moving on himself.
Also explains Angel's surprise when Buffy just goes and kisses him in S7.

Anya's toes are hairy? (Xander said so.) Yeah, hairy toes aren't uncommon and he didn't stipulate how hairy. Since they were nitpicking at that moment he could have described three or four blonde hairs as hairy.

Giles/Olivia is gross? (Buffy said so.) I can't think of a single reason why they would be, so I think she was just not liking the image in her mind of Giles getting jiggy with anyone.

Cordelia is too lazy to do flossing so that she has bad breath? (Xander said so.) No, Cordy is way too self conscious

Joyce left her bra on the dessert cart? (Joyce said so.) Nope, she was teasing, the bra probably came off in the parking lot.

Giles' diapers are made of tweed? (Buffy and Willow said so.) Not tweed BUT. When my kids were little we used wool diaper covers over cloth diapers. That was even more common a longer time back than that, so it's actually likely that Giles had at least wool diaper covers.

Buffy smells? (Dawn said so.) After a session of slaying, and covered in who knows what...I'm sure she does.

Angel wears lifts? (Spike said so.) Nah, he's already really tall, Spike was just being Spike

I'm sure I heard on a commentary that this is a reference to the fact that James Masters had to wear lifts on his scenes with David Boreanaz so that he didn't look so short compared to him.

Yes. Buffy hadn't had sex in a long time, was missing it, and had possibly completely forgotten what mutually pleasurable, non-violent/abusive sex with a warm blooded person actually felt like.
Plus, slayers have stamina. It was probably a long night.

I tried looking this up but the general response seems to be that he did NOT wear lifts.

I think Buffy was not far off but I don't think she actually did. She was two well dressed plus, not only would it be professionally inappropriate, but RJ would still be counted as minor whilst Buffy is considered an adult so you would have all those issues.

No. Harmony would toy with the idea but when she found out how hard it was eg the demon trials, she would back out.

Depends on Willow's definition of "a lot". Three is probably a lot to Willow.
