She's so beautiful

I got it from one of her interviews. But yea, her weight may have fluctuated, coz we're talking about a big span of time here.

Also I think on Buffy, if you look at her wardrobe, she wore like big skirts, and i think that made her look "bigger".

Also, [trying to say this as respectfully as possible] she has a large *waves hands around chest area*.

Beauty is definetly in the eye of the beholder, so of course not everyone is going to find her the most gorgeous person in the world, and yes, compared to the other girls on the show, she was "bigger" but i dont think that in non actress standards, that is big.

Dzhugashvili, I disagree with your comment to a degree. Maybe there is some part of Tara in Amber, but shes not like that at all. From Interviews/behind the scenes/fan recounts shes much much more on the outgoing side.

I would not in my life have thought anyone would consider Tara/Amber "fat", "heavy", "big" or anything like that! Well granted, when I look in the mirror, I make going-chubby S6 Xander look anorexic *cough* - but that's not the point now, is it? 😀 I think the illusion - and it certainly is one - of "weight issues" with Amber only comes from comparing her to the other cast members, esp. ever-skinny Alyson and growing-skinnier-by-the-season Sarah (and don't get me started on skinny-enough-that-she-might-start-going-translucent S4 Amy on Angel; even though I love her looks, I got seriously worried about her weight/health at that time).

I don't consider her gorgeous, but she surely is an attractive woman. I always think her eyes have a continuously sleepy/dreamy cast about them (at least in her role as Tara, haven't seen much of Amber outside of Buffy) - I like that, but it's not "classically beautiful".
 
she is one of the most beautiful people in this world, although I might be a little biased because I had a ex who would have been her twin sister
 
i think ambers most attractive feature is that she is "real." alot of actors and actresses are really fake, and unfortunatley, it shows on the screen.

but not amber. i feel that if i met her on the street we would have a great conversation and then part ways.

Amber seems really cool. And she is very pretty, really nice features to her face. I think she's got a bit of a Linda Hamilton thing going on too.

Although she's looking a lot skinnier these days. 🙁

I think her best look was in the beginning of season 5, where she had real blonde hair. Not in season 4 where she had those roots with some blonde. I didn't find her that beautiful during this season. But from season 5 she became... glowing. She also has such beautiful eyes. What amazes me, is how different her real life personality is than her character on Buffy.
 
I have to agree that her best look was in S5, but she looked amazing in S6. However, she's always looked great. I love how she's a perfectly proportioned woman, for lack of a better term. I have to agree with the others who have said she's real - that's what I adore about her. It seems she's also such a sweetheart and really funny in real life.
 
I think Amber is beautiful because she doesn't look like everyone else, you know? She's got these beautiful full lips and the fact that she's got curves is AWESOME and amazing in Hollywood to me. 🙂 Her face is just so expressive, too. She speaks volumes with her eyes.
 
I didn't think she was especially pretty in Buffy, but when I saw her on Supernatural she looked a lot better IMO. Having previously never cared much for her, I thought "wowza"!

I always thought of her as one of the weaker cast members, too. Especially when she did spells or magic-talk, and mainly only in season 4. I love the character Tara absolutely, but sometimes (stress here: sometimes) her acting would bother me a bit and take me away from the story. That is one of my biggest pet peeves, when you have a great cast and then one weaker link that spoils it a little bit.

But yeah, since I've watched her episodes again (after seeing her newer work) I like her a bit more.
