Should 12 year olds get sued?

First of all a disclaimer: As I understand it this site does not want people discussing How-tos or Where-tos as far as downloading copyrighted files off the internet goes, so let's not do that, OK?

I'm curious to hear your opinions about something though...

Did you guys hear about Brianna: the 12 year old honors student, living in the projects who was sued for $2000, for downloading music of the internet?

What do you think about that?

Oh yeah I've heard about that. Its kind of scary.
Is that the girl that downloaded 'If your happy and you know it' and got sued. Its sad becuase she was young, but its funny, she only downloaded a childrens song!
I dont think 12 year olds should get sued for stuff like this, maybe given a warning, but other stuff, they should get sued for! Heh heh!
