Should Angel and Spike be blamed for what they did without souls?

Yes but for what it is worth, I also like Angelus too lol.
Not as a person but the character is a fabulous bad guy 🙂 I enjoy watching him on screen as much as I enjoy watch Angel and Spike soul or no soul.
I can't say everyone shares my viewpoint, just me!
 
He was a great character, the perfect big bad. Devious, smart, plain evil, plus his very body cau)ses people pain (since he is in Angels body)
