Should Cordelia and Connor had gotten closure together?

The first half of Season 4 was about Connor/Cordy and their disgusting "relationship", do you think that "You're Welcome" should have also featured Connor? I mean surely Cordelia must have had some type of guilt for manipulating Connor the way she did even though as Skip said "Cordelia wasn't actually the driver of her body".

Connor didn't remember. He didn't get his memories back until several episodes after "You're Welcome".

I honestly think that, by the end of S4, Connor had bigger issues than what 'Cordelia' did to him.
He chose to sacrifice an innocent girl for her, wasn't under Jasmine's influence AT ALL (he always saw her for who she truly was but bought into her speechifying 'greater good' anyway) and then-when it all fell apart thanks to Angel- went badshit crazy on his own and took a bunch people hostage.

No, for the simple reason that I don't think anyone wanted to see that. (Waits for @Mr. Pole to say "I wanted to see that")
So closure seems redundant, because viewers didn't want to be reminded of that whole arc.

Character-wise... even if Connor had gotten his memories back he would still have been sane Connor/old Connor so I'm not sure he would have needed an apology. I don't think he would've wanted to dwell on it.

And as for Cordy, do we actually know how much she remembers of that whole thing?

Bottom line: a new and improved Connor and a formerly possessed Cordy... seems to me like that would've mostly been a very strange conversation.

No, for most of the reasons already stated. Conner had no memory of it and Cordy was possessed. Not sure how any good would have come from it and there was already a lot going on in You're Welcome; not sure how you'd squeeze Conner into it.
I suppose she may have felt some guilt if she remembered, but I'm not sure I would've liked a scene with her apologizing for it since she was violated too. Jasmine violated them both.

Conner was horribly deceived, but at least he was controlling his own body. So I may not be totally unsympathetic towards him, but for the reasons thetopher mentioned, I think someone giving him an apology for it all might have been taking a bit too much of the responsibility away from him.
