Seeing as though the majority of you tried to vote for staff during this months awards I wanted to put it to you whether or not all of the Staff should be eligible for the members awards as from next month?

A member made a good point to me, saying that although we may be staff we are also MEMBERS too and that we should allow members to vote for staff.

My concern was if alot of staff won awards whether or not this would go down well with the members but it seems that most of you wished to vote for staff anyway.

So I will put it to the vote and the majority wins. 😀
 
Almost missed this. Might wanna 'stake' it. Anyway, I voted yes. but does that mean the mods arn't eligable for the awards THIS month? makes sense seeing as we have only have like a week to change our votes if we want to vote a mod.
 
yes you peoples are members too and this place would not be here if it was not for you and you all rock to the max and and and and erm yer lol you dont always stay staff and not all of you have been staff from the begining...if people dont want to vote for staff then they wont, so if people do want to vote for a few staff members then they should be able to🙂

Most of the people I wanted to vote for were mods, Cordelia.

Voting again would be daft for this month IMO but I think it should be "open" from next month on...
 
Of course they should be, just because they have board power doesn't mean they aren't still members that are like everyother one, and what are they gonna do chnage the results??
I don't think so, our Mods and Admin aren't like that!
 
I figured that the voting would go the way it has 'lol'

I did state in my first post in this thread that this would take effect from next months votes, which will start again on the 1st November. 😀

So, there will be no re-voting for this months awards! ::nono::
 
i voted ues.. cos thei are members too, good members, and they should be able to get awards too 😉 i prob ould have voted for one or two!
 
It seems clear that the majority think yes staff should be eligible for the members awards so I am closing this thread now as it has served it's purpose. 🙂
