While the IRC server admins work their magic and fix the problem with their server (see the relevent thread in the help forum for more details), I have decided to add back the shout box. The shout box will go away again once the IRC is working properly.
The shout box does put a heavy load on our server connections, so if the board goes down please be patient and try again after a few minutes.
